A Chinese famille rose ‘mandarin’ bowl, Qianlong period, painted with figures in a lakeside garden, between red enamelled landscape vignettes and cellular panels, 28.4cm diameter. Condition - there is a hairline crack to the rim extending about halfway down through the body, some scratching to the glaze on the interior, some occasional wear to the gilding, otherwise in reasonable condition.

Vase suffered a bruise during the manufacturing process, resulting with two small blisters at the exterior and clear open cracks at the interior, see images seven and eight; two further firing cracks at footrim; neckrim with a pre-firing hairline crack and a pre-firing small chip which is glazed. Wear to gilding throughout.

Three 19th century Chinese feather fans: One a carved bone brise black feather fan together with two similar carved sandalwood feather fans, two fans have hand painted decoration on the feathers both sides, the pink feather fan 50cm wide. Condition - all have damage to the feathers and painted decoration. The black feather fan has one guard loose from rest of the feathers. The cream feather fan has a broken stick and needs restoration.
